A place where the beautiful landscapes and the family's passion for wine make an impression.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is where I found A(l\/t)titude Pinot Noir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat is special about this wine is the combination of Pinot Noir's elegant character and its juicy, inviting fruit. It is a wine that proves you don't need to pay Burgundy prices to enjoy a lovely Pinot Noir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHow does it taste?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine has a beautiful ruby red color and an inviting aroma of cherries, raspberries, and fine spices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe taste is juicy, fresh, and harmonious with plenty of red berries, a subtle hint of vanilla, and soft, pleasant tannins. The finish is elegant and lingering.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness. 80% of the wine is produced in tanks, while 20% is aged in wood, which adds extra depth without overpowering the delicate fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat should you serve it with?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA versatile Pinot Noir that goes excellently with roast chicken, mushroom risotto, lasagna, lamb, and mild cheeses. Serve it slightly chilled at 14–16 °C.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhy did I choose it?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI have long been on a mission to find more wines for Whiskystack in a more accessible price range, but never at the expense of taste.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor me, it’s not about finding the cheapest wines. It’s about finding wines that I want to drink myself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSome look for treasures.
